Hypnotherapy Sessions
What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis, hypnotherapy relaxes a client to a state they can access their subconscious mind. They can then bring forward to the conscious mind parts of their history (or even future) that relate to a current issue to help solve it. They can also tell their subconscious habits and patterns that are proving destructive that they would like to change.
How does it work?
A hypnotherapy session includes:
Interview: (+/- 1/2 hour): The issue is reviewed and a goal is set for the session. Can be together or separate from the session.
Session: (+/- 1-1 1/2 hours) includes an induction to facilitate the client moving into trance state. The subconscious comes forward; the conscious mind is always present. Suggestions to remove unwanted habits are presented; or for regression, the client returns to a place related to their issue or goal.
Debrief: (+/-15 min - 1/2 hour): Review of the session (if the client chooses) and the client firmly comes back out of trance.
Zoom and Group sessions are available. Group sessions will be posted here.
Cost per session: Individual sessions (outcome oriented, not time based) $150
Is it safe for everyone?
Hypnotherapy is generally safe. The client directs the session and is always in touch with their conscious mind. Medical and psychiatric issues require a doctor or therapist's referral. Forms are available.
Most people are able to be hypnotized but a person will not go where they are uncomfortable.
